Mr. Maguire was professional, priced fair, and did the work needed in a timely manner, returned calls and called me with updates, did not need to case him down for info. Highly recommended...will be calling him with my next project.

We were very satisfied with the work Phillip Maguire did for us.and his price was very resonable. He answered any questions we had. and cleans the area up where he worked. Couldn't ask for better service. We will call him again.
