Very friendly, personable on scheduling, arrival and during application and business dealing. Considerable lower cost than otheres I had spoke to for same service. Arrived when they said they would and ants are gone.

Project: Control or Eliminate Rodents
Mr Tim Magnus and his son came out to look up in my attic for rodents (mice). I had another company out about a month ago but was still hearing what I thought to be mice in my attic at night periodically. The noise would actually wake me up. There was enough bait food up there but found two opening where something {?} could get in. They boarded up the holes; no more food was necessary to put down. I will wait and see if I hear the noise again and make note of weather etc. Tim and his son were very gracious in not charging me for their time. I felt they were very professional and I felt at ease that what he had to say was genuine.
