They did a great job, very knowledgeable and professional. They took care of everything, water removal, carpet removal, disinfecting the basement and drying it out. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns with the cleanup.

Magic Touch Carpet cleaners took the time to explain and make sure I understood every step of the process they were going to use on my carpets. Then they were meticulous in the work they did. They did not try to hurry the job, instead they made sure the job was done above and beyond my expectations. Kudos to Magic Tough Carpet Cleaning.

the 2 gentlemen that came to clean our carpets were very professional and pleasant. They explained everything they were going to do in great detail and really made me feel comfortable that they were doing all in their power to help us. I was extremely impressed by their work and attitudes. I would absolutely recommend Magic Touch and plan to use their services again.

I was given a time frame of 3:30-4:30. They promptly arrived at 3:30 and left before 4:30. My carpets had horrible stains and they got each and every one out. I couldn't believe it! The 2 gentlemen who cleaned the carpets were very plesant and informative as far as what specific treatment would work best for my specific needs. I was having a party and called them last minute to come clean the carpets and the came the next day. I would absolutley recommend them to anyone.
