They had some trouble with their equipment so the job was delayed a day. But they stayed in touch to make sure I knew what was going on. The job they did was pretty straightforward. The price comparable to what I've paid in the past from others. I just didn't like how they tried to upsell me on duct cleaning and whatever else they offer. Over a year later, I STILL get spam emails from them about carpet and duct cleaning and that's a little irritating. There's unfortunately no unsubscribe link in the emails either. I can't really complain about the job they did, I just don't like their sales attitude.

Our refinished hardwood floors look absolutely gorgeous. Magic Carpet made this an enjoyable experience and I would recommend them to anyone considering this type of project.

I was very pleased with my carpet cleaning. Greg and his assistant were very professional, and they did a wonderful job. It had been a couple of years since our carpets were cleaned, so they were overdue. With having a teenage boy & his friends around a lot, there were a lot of stains on the carpet, so I didn't know how much cleaner the carpets would look after the cleaning, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much came out! I recommend Magic Carpet, and I will use them again to clean my carpets.

I'll use these folks again. They were excellent, and reliable. Only problem was they showed up first thing in the morning, when we we were scheduled for early afternoon. We had to scramble to get ready, but since we called them at the last minute and they worked us into their schedule, I'm grateful they could even get to us on such a short notice. I recommend them highly.

We moved into a rental house and had know idea what was left behind on the carpet so we got the ok to have the carpets cleaned before move-in day. I shopped around some comparing prices and rating and Magic Carpet stood out. The carpets weren't spotless after the cleaning (some stains remained), but I had peace of mind knowing they were clean. I was disappointed that one spot still smelled of pet urine even after cleaning (I was kneeling down painting when I noticed), but maybe if I had asked for a specialty cleaning or making the carpets fragrant (if those are possible) it won't be that way. I was trying to be cost effective for the owner
