Madison Construction is by far the BEST contractor I have ever worked with. Pat and Terry are truly experienced professional builders and re-modelers as well as artisans. The trades and crew members they used on our extensive re-modeling were also very impressive and professional. The key to Madison's success is their attention to detail, project planning and honesty. They worked continually with us on project planning, changes and suggestions for improvements. They also worked with the city and completed all of the necessary paperwork and drawings for permits and inspections. Madison Construction is by far the best! Excellent

can not say enough about this company. They are good Christian > guys. I >> did not have to hear that garbage music or so loud that the whole >> neighborhood called. The work they did was superb. Their attitudes > were >> the best. They came and did what and when they said they would do. >> I > >> would recommend them to anyone that wants a good fair job at a good > fair >> price and they are there when they say they will be. Project: Install a Retaining Wall
Madison Construction is probably the most honest construction company that I have ever delt with. This reflects the personality of Pat, the owner, who is prompt, detailed, and personable. This contract resulted in a retaining wall, 11 feet high, almost 100 feet long. The area was backfilled with dirt. The wall was finished with stucco to match the house and a wraught iron fence. (excuse the spelling mistakes) This job was a test of Madison Construction, as a result of passing the test with such high praise, we have contracted Madison to construct a major addition to our house.

Responsive (found our discontinued tile without me asking). Expectations clear (detailed scope of work complete with specific end date). In summary, pleased with overall professional project management. I hope Patrick's schedule allows for future work.
