Project: Repair Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings
He was very professional and did an excellent job repairing a ladder for our library. It is better and stronger than originally. It also was fixed in a shorter time than he originally said.

Did not arrive. I called two hours later. Was told he would arrive in 30 minutes. Instead of routing out a piece of wood, he banged it out leaving a chipped out mess. I used white caulk and paint to fix the job.
