Introducing Made in the Shade of Wisconsin! Doug Brunner opened his business on October 1, 2005 after spending 12 years successfully working for Springs Window Fashions (Graber) and departing as their Director of Quality. This window treatment business is based on great products, great pricing and service excellence. Made in the Shade differentiates itself by always providing:
• Great Products: All name brand products carry the manufacturers’ lifetime warranty. Made in the Shade will only sell and install name brand products by Graber, Hunter Douglas and Timber Blind & Shutter. Doug’s experience in the industry is shared with each client to ensure the perfect solution for each window covering.
• Great Pricing: While locally owned and operated Made in the Shade is part of national dealership headquartered in San Antonio, TX. The deep dealer discounts allow Made in the Shade to sell, measure and install custom window treatments for what the big box warehouses charge for just the product. Our overhead is very low and we pay zero monthly franchise fees, passing that savings on to our customers.
• Service Excellence: Clients receive consultation, measurement and installation of custom window treatments at no additional charge. Complimentary temporary shades are also available while their blind order is being manufactured. Made in the Shade (MITS) of Wisconsin has a client satisfaction rate of 100%. MITS is a proud member of the Madison Area Builders Association and the Cross Plains Business Association.
