He is a nice guy but has no concept about running a good company. Seemed like he was in left field the whole time. He is on his own time schedule and expressed no interest in quality construction.

I had service from Maddox refredgerating, for my ac unit. He was very professional, communicated with me, and also worked with my budget. i wanted to just say on the record, that I would recommend Maddox with absolutely anyone, in fact, my landlord has hired him for any other problems that may come up. I called multiple local A/C contractors and nonecould fit me in. Mr Maddox drove over 40 miles on a Saturday to fix my A/C on a very hot day . He was polite,courteous and MORE than fair on price. Thank you very much.... A+

I had a great experience, with Maddox Heating & Air. All was repaired in a very efficient and reliable fashion. Our furnace, was not putting out heat, and now it is functioning perfectly.
