He was very timely on his estimate and gave a really good price. Workers did an excellent job and did a real good clean up afterwards. I am considering hiring him for some more improvements.

they were very good. they cleaned up, they were efficient (done in 3 days). their price was fair (right in the middle of 4 bids). i had a small leak from a skylight two weeks after the job and they came out right away and fixed it. he said that skylights are problematic but felt that he had taken care of the issue.
