I would highly recommend

The best picture I can paint is to say Tim Macken did a first rate job. He is a professional one every respect--skilled at wallpaper hanging and painting, knowledgeable about his craft and personable as well. It's always a roll of the dice when you hire someone you have never met ----but in this case it was a winning bet. He did a great job.

After being fully paid, did not complete job. Did not answer to come back and correct seams coming apart for part of job done

Prior to starting this job I informed the client that without a fan in the bathroom the paper was likely to begin to peel. This job was done a year and a half ago; I cannot guarantee that without the proper ventilation in a bathroom the seams will not separate. In addition, the seams were on the ceiling of the bathroom where the steam circulates most.
