Project: Install a Generator
Don came out within a few days and was able to provide a written estimate on the spot. He also provided more then one since at the time I was unsure of the size generator I wanted. I liked the fact he gave a range in choices unlike others who insisted I need only the one size. His estimates were fairly priced. I bought the 20KW. Don handled everthing including the permit. Him and his crew (Tony/Matt) are a great team. You can tell they have worked together for awhile. The complete install and test was done in approx. 5.5 hrs. and the unit does it's weekly test as stated. I can't wait till power goes out! I would recommend.

Even though MacPhee Electric doesn't sell the diesel generator I wanted, they did an outstanding job of installing it for me. They came when they said they would, returned my calls promptly and respected my home.I look forward to working with my new electrician in the future.

Project: Install a Generator
Don and company are experienced professionals. They were very responsive and handled every aspect of the 20 KV generator instalation, in under 6 hours and at a very competetive price. They also offer annual service maintenance and emergency repair. You couldn't find a better contractor for a generator instalation; including the natural gas connection.

Project: Install a Generator
Don, Matt and Tony were prompt and very efficient installing the generator and ATS and completing the hookups and test. We had a 20 minute power outage this morning and everything functioned the way it's supposed to, so we are happy campers. This afternoon will be the first "exercise" run for the unit.

Project: Install a Generator
Nice people, accomodating, answered my questions and fulfilled my requests. Price was fair and competitive, especially considering the quality of the work. Felt a sense of integrity and trust in working with MacPhee Electric which is one of the reasons I chose them for this fairly major project of installing a whole house stand-by generator and replacing the circuit board. Work was done in a competent professional manner. I'm not the easiest cusomer to please, but I was fully satisfied with MacPhee Electric's work and enjoyed working with them. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone considering electrical work.
