When he was done we (my wife and I) went out and looked at it. We were so happy to finally have it done and we did not check it good. We told James it was fine ad we paid him and he picked up his stuff and left. James worked very hard on this project and he did come back and fixed the problem. This time he was a little lacking on the clean up. <br />All in all I would say that if we had drawn up a contract this would have settled the problem.
