I would like to introduce myself. My name is Marc Tompkins. I am a 2nd generation contractor. My family started a company called The Tompkins Company in Augusta, GA in 1966. Our family specializes in making & installing custom fit vinyl windows. We've prided ourselves on the quality of our materials & workmanship for nearly 40 years & have numerous satisfied customers. Over the last decade, I have personally helped service well over 5000 satisfied customers in the State of Georgia & South Carolina with the successful completion of their projects Now, I wish to bring that same pride & experience to my own company, MWT Home Improvements. I provide the quality workmanship & same high quality materials here in the Atlanta Metro Area for your home or business. I believe my company should offer a premium quality product while keeping the prices affordable. Mr. Tompkins took the time to explain to a novice the quality difference between their product and the competition. He made my wife and I very comfortable with our purchase. Our home looks great and we highly recommend his company. If you are looking for great looking windows and a great price call MWT. (Project consisted of 11 Windows replaced)

Very satisfied customer. The price was competitive, and they delivered everythiing promised. The installation crew was very professional, efficient, and meticulous. It was evident that they knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend MWT for window replacements.

Marc did an excellant job in his product presentation.He and his crew were on time and budget. They were very professional and considerate. Marc was promt to return several days following the installation to fine tune the screens that we had concerns about. I would recommend MWT to anyone considering window replacement, and will certainly call them back when i need more windows.

My husband and I enjoyed working with Marc. It was refreshing to work with a vendor who valued customer service and has a wonderful work ethic. Marc was there almost whole time that the windows were installed and performed alot of work himself. He explained everything along the way and answered any questions. He followed up when a door we ordered would be delayed and continued to follow-up with us, instead of us having to call him. I would give MWT a 5 rating, but we haven't realized the value "yet", as we haven't received a whole months worth of our air conditioning bill.

All work was performed as agreed. The work crew were very professional and courteous. All debris was removed as promised. The installed product performed as advertised. We noticed an immediate difference after the windows were installed. I anticipate a significant difference from our last energy bill.

I had a great experience with this company and highly recommend them. Marc came prepared with lots of information about the product and was very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the great communication from the beginning and that's what helped me decide to use MWT. Marc was quick to respond to any question I had. I knew he would be available before, during, and after the job was done, and that was as important to me as a job well done. The quality of work was great, the job was done on time as planned, and the follow through to put everything back together was great. he worked hard to resolve any issues to my benefit. 29 windows in one day = Fast, and for a good price. Friendly and efficient staff. Some minor damage on screens (paint scratched, dents) but all reported issues were fixed promptly.
