Nice job. They called to confirm date/time and price prior to showing up. The tech showed up on time and completed the job within the timeframe specified. The installation of the humidifer looks good, no mess and it is working.

They were professional, answered all my questions. They could tell what concerns I had and covered items that I would not have thought to ask questions about. The installation was done in less time than was originally thought. About 5 1/2 to 6 hours for a removal of an airconditioner and furnace, and then of course the installation of the new equipment. They did a great job, no mess at all and the install looks fantastic. I recommened them to my neighbor and he also went with MWJ.

We were very pleased with MWJ. We worked with them during the height of their busy season, but they accommodated us and took great care of us until they could do the installation. They're honest, fair, and very hard-working. I would recommend them to everyone!

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
We had original service completed by another vendor which led us to believe we needed a new unit, and therefore conducted our Servicemagic request. When the MWJ servicemen came out and they immediately did another test, stating that the information I have been provided by other vendor didn't make (an A/C unit in Minnesota should last more than 12 years). After the test by MWJ it turned out I needed a minimal freon charge (5 oz. compared to the 2 lbs the original contractor told me I needed). These guys were great and any future A/C and furnace needs I have, will go first to MWJ.

Mark and Dustin did a great job on this project, from the initial consult to the final installation, everything was very professional and informative. I would recommend MWJ to anyone who is looking for professional help at a competitive price. I did a lot of research before choosing a company and MWJ went above and beyond what I was expecting! They were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.
