MTD Pest Control

They were prompt, put out tracks to catch the squirrels making residence. The squirrels had bitten the siding & running from all over the underlining of the roof. Service were done this past summer (2011)

I had noises in attic though to be bats. MTD came out to inspect and said there was bats. They put up nets to remove the bats and two weeks later removed nets. Til this day I still have same something in attic. For seven hundred and fifty dollars same noises.

We never actually confirmed that bats were the cause of the noise.The customer stated that he had found a bat inside his house,and we said that the bat and the noise could be unrelated.We even lent him a squirrel trap for free, because he thought he could trap whatever made the noise. We treated appropriately by funneling two vents - the only option by which bats could enter, after which the whole structure was inspected and sealed where possible. Apparently he has not seen any more bats.

I received a call immediately and service at my convenience in less than 24 hrs.

I had barely finished submitting the request and I was on the phone with MTD Pest Control. They've been very helpful and knowledgable, and we will continue working with them.

I called because I was having trouble with birds getting on my property. I was very pleased with the service and the kindness and professionalism of the man (whose name I forgot...sorry) who came out to look. Instead of charging me out the kazoo to fix a problem only temporarily, he told me what I should do to get rid of the birds which was construction work to cover a hole I had in my awning. He even offered to do this himself since their company does block off entry ways for birds and other critters into attics and such. I know that they could've gouged me and didn't. When I need a exterminator, I will definitely call MTD Pest Control.

The quality of the service was professional .

MTD does not work on the type of problem I have (fllying squirrels). Response was immediate. I would have hired them.
