At first when I scheduled the appointment he told me he didn't work on Saturdays, but when I informed him that was the only day I was available we set an appointment for 12:00. He was on prompt, announced himself and very mannerable. He was there to replace a belt on my washer, but found out my spinner was warped. Not only didn he replace the belt, but he banged my spinner back in shape at no extra cost. Washer is working great, much quieter and not bouncing all over my floor!!

Repair person ordered a $330 part for my electric GE oven. It is on a rental house I was having fixed up. He said it worked fine, but when I tried to use "self-clean," the lock wouldn't work and the oven made noises and wouldn't clean. I called to have them come look at it, but they have left town. They said to call a man named "Caesar" at another company who would fix it for fee. He doesn't know them and it will cost more money to fix it. MRD must have installed the control panel incorrectly. Estimate is $90-$120 to fix anything. ; (

We are so sorry but we had to move out from town for a while. The control panel was installed correctly.The Part cost us approximately $230-we have received for your review. Our technician was at your location twice with no cost to you. The labor cost and the part cost was presented to you before before the job was started for your approvel and you approved it. I belive your rating was incorrect

I liked the automated response, but needs work. The technician was very presentable, but vehicle was not label with company information, reasoning was very poor, did not properly diagnose problem, was bent on selling drain pump, which was not the problem, was never upfront about pricing, I felt it was rude for tech to call other people about issues with cost and also spoke in foreign language while on the phone, requested to speak with supervisor or owner and was denied that right. Tried to overcharge for work done.
