Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

Joe built a nice new porch in the front of my house for a very reasonable price. After I paid in full, I noticed the bluestone had several rust colored stains that were not there before. Joe assured me he would stop by with special cleaner to remove the stains. We made several appointment but he never showed to any of them.
