We had a difficult job for Bill. We had soft leather furniture in our community room in a large apartment/townhouse complex which had never been cleaned with grease spots from food everywhere. He worked very hard and scubbed for a long time. Not all the spots are completely gone but, wow, what a difference. Hire him, he will do a great job for you!

MN Building Services was able to book a time with me within the desired time. He then was flexible and arrived earlier as I had another appt. to attend. He was personable, thoughtful in inquiring about my cleaning needs, quietly got to work and quickly completed th job. I am pleased with the quality of the cleaning of furniture and carpets.

Very prompt, flexible and courteous. I was surprised by the equipment used. I was expecting a system used remotely from the vehicle. He used a push/pull cleaner, which required water from our house and disposal of dirty water in the house. Price was more expensive than other bids from service magic. Overall our 'aged' carpets look cleaner & fresher.

Called quickly to provide an estimate and was able to perform the service when we desired. Would have liked to have the throw pillows cleaned as well, but I wasn't there (husband was) at the time to request this.
