Robert  the technician came on time and took care of the problem, which the hot-air wire plugs were disconnected from the connector due to overheat in the furnace.  (I turned off the furnace switch from the main switch box rather than from the thermostat as I normally did and caused this problem.)  No repair was required.  I chose Robert because his fee is lower. <br /> <br />Although the first technician from Middletown responded instantly after I requested the service, but because the fee is $65 so I choose Robert instead. <br /> <br />Later Kettle? The person came on time. Found out what was wrong with the heater. <br />Next day he replaced the broken part and the heater was working fine. <br /> <br />I did not negotiate price with this person but would recomment everyone to negotiate the price before with this person. <br /> <br />I won't mind calling this person again
