They were great, I really have no complaints and the only reason I am giving them a 4.5 is because the rate I wanted to pay was not the amount quoted. But Hey I have a very large house and the fact that they came out on last minute was awesome and they cleaned spots that the previous cleaners could not get out. With that said im going back and giving them a 5 on quality and customer service......

They were quick & efficicent and they even cleaned & mopped the wood floors where the hose was while they were cleaning the carpets in other rooms.
