I haven't carefully inspected the attic since installation of insulation, or had time to determine performance, but have high expectations. Malfunctioning equipment increased installation time significantly, but work was still done in a timely manner in one day.

Mike's quality and know how are not in question, however he tried at the conclusion of the job to charge us nearly three times the cost of his supplies. I think this was in an effort to increase his profit because his original estimate for labor was very fair. When asked for receipts, he was unable to supply and suddenly his labor costs changed. We were able to work things out in the end, but if we weren't paying attention he would have taken us to the cleaners.

Mike did not start the job until one week after he said he would begin. And he did not tell me he was running behind until I called him to ask him why he did not start on the day promised. The work turned out very well and he did apologize for the the inconvenience.
