Very unprofessional overall!!!

Did acceptable job for one time cleaning. However, they did move items around to clean but did not put them back where they found them which was frustrating. Were not the best cleaners, but were not the worst either.

The 2 women that cleaned ddn't speak any english so it was difficult to communicate with them. They were also dropped off 2.5 hours later than promised. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with the owner (who was not answering our calls). although the women did a very decent job cleaning they did however miss one room.

Cleaning staff was very thorough, came on time, completed job well.

Great work, cannot get any better.

Two girls showed up for cleaning the house. they did not understand english very well and so could not do everything I asked them to. I had to keep repeating myself over and over about cleaning the baseboards and the windo sills.

It was like my wife and I were following around a 6 year old saying what about this what about that. (Read this all the way through) We paid a high rate for a big "first time cleaning". Our house was not dirty, Melvin said we move furniture and get into all the nooks and crannies (without getting into all of his promises). We have a small 3 bedroom ranch with no basement. You can reach wall to wall in each of our bathrooms, yet they could not clean any room correctly. No furniture was moved and he gave us a hard time about the top of the refrigerator and ceiling fans. I am handicapped and would consider that normal cleaning I would do. Everything had streaks (usually from using dirty water). Once again we had to bring them back into the same rooms several times to do it right. We to hire a cleaning company to relax and I now need the help, but we had more stress than you could possibly believe!!! Final icing on the cake…they wanted cash when finished, we said no…they then wanted the check to be written out to cash, we said no. Then they gave us a hard time about a receipt. BEWARE!

We can move some furniture but not appliances like washer and dryer, this is to much liability and manpower. He wasn't able to check on top the fridge, we cleaned it trice and he was asking to do it again without been able to check it up. I always gave him the option to pay with check or cash, check and receipt were exchange by the time of payment. BEWARE of customer that are looking for free service.
