Prompt reply to my request. Workers arrived on time along with Mario. I was kept up to date with any issues that arose. Quality touch was the installers painting the indoor trim around the door.

Recommend that after each conversation have a written list and agreement of what is to be done for the agreed upon fee. Otherwise, one person might not recall what arrangements were made and you will be unhappy with the outcome.
