Michal from MLM is a pleasure to work with. My roof was damaged from the last freak ice storm and Michal came within a day's notice to put a tarp over my roof to keep the cold as well as the rain out of the house. Michal is undestands the customers needs and concerns and addresses it quickly, responsibly and fairly. He is great to work with. Always returns your phone call. Will definitely hire him on the next project... repairing my roof. Thanks Michal.

I called MLM late Wednesday afternoon, two hours later Mike was at my door seeing what needed to be done and giving me an honest assessment and a fair price. I liked him immediately and felt he would be a good job. The job was done the next day! Mike was prompt,professional, and the next time it rains I will see if the leak is gone! Will keep u posted!

Mike gave me the best deal out of 4 contractors who I found through Service Magic. MIke answers phone calls and returns phone calls promptly. Very professional and true to his word. One thing that I liked about Mike is that he knows about roofs. I will be hiring Mike for my flat roof maintenance.

MLM Renovations recently put a new roof/gutters on our 105 year old home. They removed the old roof, repaired rotten wood, corrected mistakes of a previous contractor and re-roofed which wasn't easy (high old house). Mike gave a fair estimate with specific details on what he would be doing; he and his crew arrived for work when he said they would; didn't leave until the job was completed (5 days); and cleaned up everything before they left. He and his crew acted in a professional manner and provided excellent qualityworkmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a job well done and done properly. They are the best.

Michal is excellent to work with. He arrived on time each time we scheduled an appointment. The work was done quickly and flawlessly. He recommended and performed a number of other small projects on the roof but did so without pressure. The clean up after the job was done was perfect. I highly recommend
