DID A DECENT JOB WITH PRODING. HE LEFT ONE SMALL ITEM UNDONE, A TEN MINUTE FIX. WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM HE PUT ME OFF AND FINALLY STOPPED RETURNING MY CALLS. HE WOULD HAVE HAD AN EXCELLENT RATING IF HE HAD JUST FOLLOWED THROUGH.

Jack and Joe aim to please. They try harder than most home service folks. There were several issues as the work progressed, but they went out of their way to make everything work.

M&L Builders recently vinyl sided our house, installed a new sliding door and window, and put in a pull-down attic stairway. We’re very happy we chose M&L Builders. The vinyl siding looks amazing! It is almost the same identical blue color we had and love. The slider is beautiful. And we no longer have to put our lives into our hands with the attic pull-down. The new one is sturdy and safe. M&L Builders worked hard to get the jobs done, but took the time to pay attention to details. They were courteous, cleaned up after the job, and were very thorough in their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

The roof installation was fast and looks good. There was a leak at the roof vent that took a couple of weeks to be repaired. Communication could have been better since there were a couple of missed appointments with no phone calls. I would recommend them because the installation was good but I was not completely happy with the after-sale service.

I had been quite nervous about replacing my roof, but this company took all the worry out of it. And almost as soon as I had decided to have the work done, it was complete. Absolutely hassle free. I now have a beautiful new roof and there is practically no evidence that they were here at all. What a relief. Also, it has been raining almost non-stop since I got my new roof, and it's working perfectly. So they removed my old roof and gave me a new roof and were gone in about 6 hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Joe was professional and courteous. He did what he said he would do and completed the job in 1 day. He cleaned up the debris and you would never know he was here. I would definitely recommend him.

I hired ML Builders to reside my house, Jack explained the whole process and kept me updated throughout the work. They took their time making sure it was done right and that I was happy with the work done in each step. They even redid one window three different ways so I could pick the one I liked best. They were nice, friendly, and professional and did not have a problem with my slow and sometimes last minute decisions or changes. When they were done they cleaned up and replaced what they had moved, leaving my yard just as they had found it. They did not take the final check until the work was complete and I was happy with it.
