Of the three contractors I inteviewed I felt that ML Best was the most honest with the most value for my money. Manny Lemo was the consumate professional. His crew was prompt and the cleanup was what I can only discribe as amazing. I will have absolutely no problem recommending ML Best to any and all of my friends and relatives.

ML Best is a highly qualified, professional organization. My job was almost 40 square, but the additional features made it anything but simple. We chose a new Owens-Corning shingle......not the standard GAF everyone else uses. We also needed a unique skylight....both the "aged copper" shingles and the 49 1/2 inch square Veloux skylight were addressed by ML Best. Jeanette, the ML Best office manager, dealt with the product vendors, obtained necessary warranties and was able to coordinate all material deliveries. Manuel and his crew addressed substantial damage, and ended with an outstanding finished product......

Manuel was very thorough during his estimate and also the first practical person I met - he said the roof's decking was very good, no need to change the entire thing, just the parts that were in bad shape. In two days, I gathered six quotes for the roof and he was by far, the most qualified, the most reasonably priced and also has the best ratings online. Besides that, he is exceptionally kind and professional and his workers are most efficient. The workers were here at 7 am and finished after 2 pm. They worked constantly and seemed very organized. Clean-up was fast and thoughtful. I wish they did more than roofs and siding!

Can't say enough about Manuel and his crew. Punctual, communicative, neat, professional. They work together like a well oiled machine. Manuel himself went above and beyond not only to do a great roofing job but to also address other needs of my home . I really appreciated that and would recommend him highly.
