Project: Install or Completely Replace Traditional Stucco
Matt was a pleasure to work with. He started work on time and finished in three days! (I had the back of my rowhome stuccoed). It looks better than I had imagined! He communicated with me regularly about work schedule and watched the weather closely. Also, price was good. His quote was right in the middle of two other quotes that I had recieved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MJ Ward to others for their stucco jobs!

I thought you guys were great. You were here ON TIME !!! And let me tell you, that is very, very important. Tony explained what they were going to do, what order it would be done in - and then they did it and didn't seem to waste any time. I appreciated the boss stopping in to check on things every day. Tony and his minion were courteous and professional and they liked my cookies. Thanks. The house looks good.

I am highly pleased with the work performed by MJ Ward. I was contacted less that 12 hrs after I submitted my request. We made an appointment. He and his people were at my house well before the alloted time. We discussed several options and chose the caulking. He was able to complete the job immediately. I am highly satisfied with the quality and cost of the job. and I highly recommend MJ Ward for all your concrete/stucco work.

Project: Install Drywall
Matt was flexible, professional, and easy to work with. His crew made fast work of putting up drywall to refinish my basement. It took a couple days longer than he initially told us due to rain and slow drying mud. The only minor issue was that the crew didn't completely clean up afterward and left a few garbage bags full on scrap in my backyard.

The Job was completed in 14 days from signing the contact. Three days the contactor did not work because of rain and 2 days to set up and breakdown. I would recommend this company to my friends. Two of my neighbors have already ask for information on this company.

Project: Repair Plaster
M J Ward started off doing minor repairs to our attic ceiling and we turned it into a major renovation. Matt's suggetions to our design helped us to achieve our goals. He and his staff were very courteous and were very careful not to damage or dirty our floors when working upstairs. Matt was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to do any repairs or renovation work. David Kahn
