I received a call from Michael immediately after submitting my infromation online. Michael took the time to ask me the right questions and listened when I answered. I would recommend MJK to everyone.

Mike is very professional and he knows his job. I felt very comfortable with him in taking care of my plumbing problem. Mike is and honest person, and I will definitely use him again and refer him to my family & friends. Mike takes his job seiously and he was on time that is amazing.

Exceptionally prompt response from this company. I had barely completed my request online when I received a call. Mike was at my home within half an hour of the call. Efficient, personable service. Would most definitely use this company again for any plumbing issues.

Quality was good...the installation was the same day. Mike answered my request quickly and was out the same day, however when I asked if he took credit cards, he replied yes. When I went to pay by credit card, he informed me that the company does not accept credit cards and said he didn't hear me when I asked initially. When presented with the bill, I was extremely disappointed. The company charged me approx $100 MORE than the same disposal available online and it was listed as instock supplies. I was also charged for 2 HOURS when he quoted it would be for 1 HOUR. I think $565 to install a disposal is outrageous!

Upon entering the home I was attacked by 8 Jack Russell terriers,2 other dogs,a cat,and an African Grey Bird. The noise was excessive,so if you asked about credit cards I probably didn't hear you with all the noise from the animals.Also MJK Plumbing does not state that they accept credit cards anywhere on the website. You can always find an item cheaper on the internet,but what people fail to realize is that I'm picking up that item and delivering it to you,I also have to warranty the part if it should fail. Sorry for the miss communication. MJK-Plumbing (It is im possible to pick up a part and install it in an hour!! Traffic/Drive Time!!

Mike called within minutes after submitting project. Unlike others, Mike offered a quote ($150) over the phone for a clear-cut job (replacing a 30yo Moen shower on/off cartridge, which most likely was stuck and which most likely wouldn't be easy to remove).. Said he could come do the job in a few hours. When I asked what happens if he can't remove the stuck cartridge, he confidently responded that he'd get it out, that he's been in the business 25 years. (Contrast that response with what I got from another ServiceMagic plumber who came out to my house and said he'd know in 10 minutes whether he'd be able to remove the shower cartridge, and if not, he'd charge $600 to weld in new pieces after cutting into the drywall). We went with Mike, he came over when he said he'd come, and then he had a devil of a time removing the bedeviled shower cartridge -- he unexpectantly had to use a blowtorch to get out the stuck part. He installed the new shower on/off fixture, then billed us $197 total (his $150 quote didn't include parts or $10 for having to use a blowtorch; if you get a quote, ask about part prices, too, not just the cost of labor). Minor complaint: he used a lot of WD40 which left a mess on the shower floor which my wife then had to clean up. While I would have preferred not to pay extra for his use of a blowtorch, the final bill came out about the same as another quote we got, but it was Mike's confidence in his own ability to remove a 30yo stuck shower cartridge that differentiated himself from his competitor. And he proved that his confidence was well-earned by doing what he said he could do. I'd use him again to do other plumbing jobs in the future.

MJK Plumbing called me right away as did other companies.. I chose MJK, because the others said it would have to come & see the problem..I knew what the problem was..and when I told them he quoted me a price right away, which I like..no hidden fees etc... Mike told me he would be at my home within 45 mins..He came earlier...He took care of the problem...the work was great... I would recommend this company to anyone.
