Mark and his team were incredibly professional and polite. They were swift to get the job done and get it done beautifully, and correctly with all the Cambridge permits. Our neighbors had a newborn during the time they were working, and I was told by my neighbors how accommodating Mark and his team were! I can truly say this group went above and beyond what was contracted. I highly recommend MJD.

Mark is professional and very easy to reach. We needed our back porch built for a party within just a week of contacting him and he was able to meet our goals. The main two reasons I would recommend MJD are because 1) He is so easy to work with - he calls back, explains things clearly, etc 2) His team's work is excellent - the porch looks great and he did little details that he hadn't even specified like adding a lock 3) His estimate was lower than his competitors I would hire someone on price alone so it was really a relief to find such great work for a great price.

Friendly and simple approach. I was surprised at how thorough they were at meeting deadlines. The work was done beautifully, on time, and the left my house cleaner than how they found it.. The only thing the can improve is their communication of things not included in estimates, in my case the sealer for the new deck.

We hired MJD to build an deck for us and were on a tight schedule. Mark showed up and bid promptly. He started as promised and finished on schedule. Price was as agreed upon. He did a great job on the deck and cleaned up after completion. He was courteous and respectful throughout the project. We use the deck daily and are very happy with the whole experience.
