Arrived promptly to provide a repair estimate for my broken furnace. Pointed out that my heat exchanger didn't have long to live and would cost more than a new furnace. Installed a new furnace the next day.

Showed up on a Saturday evening. Reasonal price for diagnosing the problem. Ordered parts and fixed on Monday. They where friendly and professional. They did a good job. I will use MJA Mechanical again if needed.

Reasonable price, our 1st call back, 1st one here with a bid, next day fast and friendly service. We are satisfied with the workmanship. The most important thing was the honesty, they didn't push for the most expensive unit on the market as most others would have tried.

Extremely prompt ~ called on a Sunday in early afternoon, and the tech was at my house within an hour, without having to make an expensive "emergency" request. While the overall cost to do the work seemed really high, I suspect that no one would have done the work for any less (translated: nobody is inexpensive these days...). Thanks for the great work, Mike!
