Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
I have had a bee's nest clog in my furnace vent before. Blue Dot wanted 300 dollars. Another company wanted 150. My contractor did it for 90 dollars, same day.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
MHR- Joe completed our Kitchen renovation-to my surprise-in less than 3 weeks, he coordinated all the jobs-electric-plumbing- in an efficient manner and had great guys working for him. There some additional plumbing that added to the cost. As soon as the cabinets were delivered they started installing them. John always had a great positive attitude and was good at cleaning at the end of the work day. The kitchen looks amazing-Scott the kitchen designer was great. I recommend Joe and his crew for any other projects and I’m planning to hire him for future projects.

My basement remodel project was done with very high quality, the attention to detail was amazing. All members of the team were professional and courteous. The work area was always left neat and clean. He has some of the best in the business working with him. I would not hesitate to recommend his work to anyone. I will call MHR for any building needs. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. The final project turned out great! This is a business you can trust. MHR services for Life!

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
I live in NJ and was helping my son who was buying a house in Bel Air, MD. At the time of settlement, we learned that the Heat Pump did not work. We were in a bad situation with no heat. After confering with multiple contractors, we found Joe Milillio of MHR to be the most responsive and competitive in price. He advised us on installing a high effeciency Carrier System and was able to alter his schedule and perform a complete installation the following day. He was a life saver. We found him to be well organized, payed close attention to detail, and overall, did an excellent job. I highly recommend him anyone in need of his services.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
In April of 2010 I hired Joseph Milio of MHR Sevices for purchase and installation of a Rheem heating and AC system for my elderly mother's home. 3 months later the AC stopped working. There was a freon leak in the new system. Mr Milio refilled the freon and was to return by the end of August to locate and repair the leak. Seven months and numerous phone calls later he has yet to make the repair, the system is still under warranty. Mr. Milio has been rude and dismissive when contacted regarding this matter. I intend to contact the BBB and Rheem to report MHR Services.

This customers mother was living with 27 cats at one time, it was not easy to work under those conditions, she was later moved to nursing home.Customer also failed to mention that i was in an accident and fractured my foot in four places. I did return to make repair and recharge system on 2/14/11. After completing repair i then received this reveiw. I am a five star contrator with all good reveiws.

Project: Repair Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Joe was very responsive and quick. However, he said he had fixed our heat and it was not working again by the next day.

I repaired system at end of heating season,and told customer she needed a complete tune up on her oil fired system.She said she would wait until later in the year for additional repairs needed.
