Michael is friendly and compleltely professional. He showed me what was wrong and explained what needed to be done, including other options. He then gave me a price range for the project, which came in less than the maximum.

Mike got straight to it. He was pleasnt. explained everything to me. Stood by the original price he quoted me. I especially liked that he did not try and jack up the price and find other things to charge me for.

Excellent! Pay $120 for cleaning of two A/C units. Got ripped off by West Coast Chief Repair, Inc. for a $45 service visit after being quoted $350 for the same cleaning job. West Coast Chief Repair, Inc. quotes you one price on the phone and another when they get to the job site.

The job was done, but the problem persisted. They came back and fixed the problem, so for now things are fine. I will say that he was very nice about making sure he came to the house to make things right.
