Fraitag succesfully repaired a leak on my 80 year old antique toliet. They were very flexible with the timing of the work around our schedule. When I first explained the problem to Alan he was very confident about the required solution. However when the plumber arrived it was clear that he was expecting to work on a different type of toliet and had the incorrect parts to resolve the problem. This caused unecessary confusin and delays for which I was charged. In the end I was charged over $330 for simply tightening the existing connections. I woild only reccomend them if you needed an emergency plumbing repair and you don't mind the cost.
