Working with Chip has been a pleasure, he was able to help us remodeling our small 50 year old home into beautiful work of art. His professionalism, and attention to detail was a valuable resource in helping us maneuvering through this huge project. He was always available, able to listen and guide us through some difficult decisions. We are very happy with the outcome of our home and would work with Chip and his design team again. We now have a beautiful, warm home and look forward to spending many happy years here. Thank You Chip!

Not recommended for small addition on older home. We paid too much for a 450 sqf addition.

Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
I used them to take a set of detailed hand drawings and make buildable plans in CAD (thru building dpt). They did not deliver plans according to their schedule. The plans was worse than the originals even after several iterations. I had to edit tha CAD drawings myself to make them usable. To be fair; the CAD input was done outside of their office(in Pakistand I think) and both Chip and Malika are competent. Still they should deliver on contracts no matter who does the work.
