Workers were on-time, courteous, and efficient. They prepared and cleaned up the area well. They explained what they were doing, why and how to use the units correctly.

Project: Install or Replace Foundation Drains
The work was very well done and professional. Now a carpenter is needed to rebuild the torn-up walls, re-install the carpeting and prvide the labor to move all the furniture back where it was.

Project: Install Interior Foundation Drains or Sump Pump
MD Waterproofing Provided very timely, friendly, and knowledgeable service. I needed a sump pump installed, which turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated due to various issues with the house. They handled it no problem and still got the job completed on schedule.

Installer un-sure about agreement - almost put the pump in the wrong location. Put three large holes in paneling that was to stay. corner is still wet

As of yesterday, the concrete was laid and this was the final process in completing the 3-4 day water management project. I haven't had a chance to test the system yet, however, Ken Siedelman (Salesperson) was very hands-on, responsive (answered my litany of questions extremely quickly), and overall provided excellent customer. Thankfully, I didn't get that high-pressured sales pitch, harassing me w/scare tactics and hurry up and get it done phone calls, like the other companies I received estimates from, which was a thorough relief. To top it off, they were very reasonably priced. So far so good MD Waterproofing!
