I was quoted $89.95 but the gentleman who came to do the work said he would have to add another $20 because the bedroom was larger than he expected. I specifically asked the scheduler if she needed to know square footage before giving me a quote but she said, "no". The service person only cleaned areas of my carpet that could be reached by the large, circular brush on his machine. I expected corners and areas close to baseboards to be shampooed but they were not. He told me the carpet would dry in a couple of hours but it was almost 8 hours before I could move some furniture back in place.

Great job. The technician was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. He did a great job, vacuuming thoroughly first, moving the relatively easy furniture, then foam cleaning all the carpets. I could see an immediate difference in cleanness and brightness in the carpets, even while they were still "wet". But they weren't wet long. Very happy with this job, and will have this company back the next time I need carpets cleaned. He also said he cleans tile floors with grout to get them looking like new.

The owner was asked at least three different times to move his van and basically never did. He blocked the entire driveway so my wife could not get in with our baby. He was more concerned about whether it was an inconvenience for him. He also took it upon himself to turn down our thermostat 10 degrees from the current setting without even mentioning it or asking if it would be ok. He did this ontwo separate occassions. He claimed it was to help dry it out but really it was for strictly his own comfort level. I dont think anybidy should be.messing.with the.thermostat unless there are an a/c tech. After cleaning the.chemical odor was.str

No complaints about the job, just that I turned the air down which we do at all jobs because it dries quicker with air movement. His wife never showed, so I never moved out of the driveway.
