Took longer than originally quoted - flowers were trampled, litter wasn't cleaned up to my satisfaction, cigarette buts in the yard. Patched spot on roof was not explained to my satisfaction. They became very defensive when I questioned why it was patched in such a poor manner. Since learning of my dissatisfaction, the owner has contacted me to make sure I am satisfied with the end results. Ratings have been increased pending completion of the correction. The owner was out of town when the job was completed & I have been out of town since, which is why the project has not been completed. Now that I am back, owner is willing to resolve

they did a great job. the showed up when they said they would and any problems i had with my draining issues they worked with me to solve all my problems.

He came quickly and completed the job the next day. Work was good.

I am happy with the metal roof and the building of a porch roof over my deck. I found the men working, to be very courteous and checked with me to make sure the project was being completed to my satisfaction. Because the project was being done during two weeks of continues rain and cold weather they power washed all the mud from my deck, garage, driveway and left straw for me to lie down after I reseed the yard. I was happy to recommended MDI to a friend who needs a roof replaced. Thank you all.

In a nutshell, we are pleased with MDI. The bid on the roof job was competitive. After discussing with Steve, the owner of MDI, we decided to expand the scope to cover gutters as well. We needed to have roof replaced as soon as possible due to some damage caused by high wind. MDI was able to get everything done in two weeks despite heavy snow/bad weather we had. Steve was cordial and easy to work with via E-mail. The crew was professional and friendly. MDI is not cheap, but the quality of the work was high. The overall experience was good. They are easily one of the better contractors I had.

I don't know where you would find more compete group for your project. Pleased is not the word I need. You will be pleased beyond words. LeRpi .

MDI gave me a price for a standing seam roof that was competitive with another quote for a ribbed roof. Their roofing crew was careful, meticulous, and hard working while on the job. Despite poor weather conditions, they finished the roof in an acceptable time. The clean up after the job was finished was exemplary! The finished roof looks splendid. I'd use them again if I expected to do another roof in my lifetime.

MDI installed a 16" 24 Gauge Standing seam metal Roof in copper penny. MDI insalled copper penny 6" seamless gutter and Tudor Brown 4" down spouts. The quality of this installation was top notch and the thicker metal made a difference on the stairation of the panels appearance.
