We hired them to come out . Two techs arrived , one being the owner of the company. They spent 15-20 min. max looking at the furnance . They said we need a igniter part . They left and came back 1 1/2 hours later with the part , spent 10-15 min putting it in .I was handed a bill for $357.00 of which $117.00 was for the part, $210.00 labor and $30.00 trip fee.
