Having had a bad experience with contractors I felt a need to have more control so as not to be ripped off again. MC understood this and worked with me and allowed myself to have more control of money dispersements. MC was prompt returning phone calls and gave courtesy calls when planned work times needed to be compromised. A good experience. good enough to be considered for future projects
