Rick and Gary worked so hard on our railings and they turned out fabulous! I knew the project would look good when it was finished, but the end result was just stunningly beautiful. Rick went far out of his way to accommodate us, and the project finished quickly and neatly. I'd recommend them to anyone that is looking for a large, or like in our case, smaller project. 100% satisfied. I can't think of one not totally stellar thing to say about them, or the finished staircase.

He was wonderful. First of all, he was the only one who came with samples of the wood he'd be using. That really helped us make a decision. He gave us a great description of what he'd be doing. He was prompt and was always working when he was here. He did a magnificent job. We love the railings.

It's hard to come up with enough superlatives that would describe MB Woodworking! We have a renovated Victorian 100 year old home that had (note past tense) a very unstable and wobbly bannister. We needed it to be repaired while still maintaining the integrity of the original architecture. Rick came out and gave us an estimate that included materials and 8 hours of labor. After Frank the Perfectionist :) got into it, he ended up having to completely take the entire railing apart. All told, they stuck to their estimate even though it ended up taking more than twice as long to fix. Service and quality like this are hard to come by!!

Mr. Mosier is very knowledgeable about his trade, custom stairs and railings. When he made his estimate, he suggested numerous ways to keep costs down and still achieve the exquisite staircase my husband and I were hoping for. He and his assistant, Frank, are also very skillful wood workers. My new hardwood and wrought iron stair case is not only beautiful, it is also straight and solid. Mr. Mosier and Frank were also very thoughtful about keeping the sawdust down by masking off our living room and kitchen and by running a heavy duty vacuum semi-continuously. Both men were very pleasant and personable, as well. We couldn't be happier with the staircase and their work in creating it.

Rick was very professional. When he came to measure and give me a quote he showed me samples and explained my options. He seemed very knowledgeable and showed me pictures of other jobs he has done and gave me some references to contact. When he first called me he told me to go to his web site where there were pictures and information and testimonials from previous customers. When he did the job he didn't make a big mess and cleaned up after himself. All in all a very good experience.
