Showed up at the time agreed. Worked thru lunch to complete the job. Cleaned up after all was completed.

Project: Repair a Gazebo or Freestanding Porch
He came as scheduled, first for an estimate and then for the actual work. His price was reasonable. He completed the project in good time and did a good job of it. He was personable and professional in his demeanor and I would hire him again.

Overall I am very happy with the job MBR Construction did for me. The servicemen were nice, job quality was very good, they left the area clean. The job took significantly longer time than estimated by servicemen themselve. It created a small inconvenience for me, but it was too small of an issue compared with the overall satisfaction.

Mike was very prompt (actually showed up 10 minutes to the appointment), was very courteous and expressed extreme professionalism. He diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue within an hour. His honesty was certainly appreciated and the fact that he saved me a bundle doing what was not necessary. He certainly deserves the highest rating.
