Very informative, and helpfull.  Did a lot to get me a great deal on a trane furnace and worked with me to resolve a lot of issues with my existing duct work.  After shopping around, the quote provided was almost too good to be true.  To top it off they ordered the furnace and had it installed in under a week in the middle of january in illinois (cold season, likely very busy season for this area).  Excellent work, excellent product, excellent deal all around.
