I feel like like I was overcharged for what I got (A/C unit/ducts & carpet cleaning). What started out as a $125 cleaning turned into a $900 cleaning. But, I needed the work done and didn't have time to shop around. Plus, there were add-ons for the carpet cleaning that I was not expecting. In fairness, my ducts and carpets were in really bad shape. They got most of the stains removed. But, I did not see the technicians do anything extra beyond what I expect was normal service.

I got my duct and vents clean, I wanted to do the basic cleaning but the technician convinced me to do the major cleaning which was more expensive but worth it. That is what he told me, "your air condition is going to be better if you do the major cleaning". I accepted even though I did not expect to pay almost double of what I wanted to pay. After a few months running my air condition I noticed it does not work 100% as it was before the duct cleaning. They promised warranty on the job. I called them later to ask them why my air conditioning is not running " better and they told me that they were going to charge for checking what was wrong"

We are very accomodating with our customers and we stand behind them and our work. We do honor our warranties and we try to keep our customers satisfied. When we give our warranties we do specify on our invoices that they are for the cleanning only or U.V. Lights and on HVAC Replacements it is for parts and/or labor. If we have our customer call us about any problems we will go back and check everything out and find the problem, however if it has nothing to do with our original visit then there will be a very reasonable trip charge which is $47.99 which is waived if it is related to the work that was done.

Project: Install or Replace Ductwork
MBM fixed our dryer vent issues and made recommendations to prevent the same problem from recurring. They cleaned and repaired the vent to make it more efficient. They installed a dryer lint alarm that I wasn't even aware existed. I found out later that this product is highly rated for preventing dryer fires. I appreciate the quick response, great service and recommendations.

Some how I was thinking that the soot on the fire brick was going to be cleaned other than just vacumn. Out side of this, excellent job, clean and professional.
