MBC came is on a Friday and provided a quote and started the work on Monday. Work was completed in a timely manner and done very profeerssionally. I would highly recommend them for other jobs. Have already recommended them to friends who need similar services.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
MBC Services came to my rescue on a hot, humid Friday night at 8:00 pm. Alfredo did a thorough and efficient job of diagnosing the problem [a bad capacitor on my furnace fan motor], and repair. Can't say enough good things about him, and the experience. I was ready to spend more, and he did the work and replaced the part in under an hour.

Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
The good: 1. Miguel Burga is a very polite young man and he returns telephone calls. 2. The quotation to do bathroom remodeling job; tiling (wall & floors), replace a medicine cabinet and install a free standing vanity, install new vanity faucets, and replace the old toile bowl while not the lowest was fairly priced. 3. The project duration was quoted as being one week (5 days). 4. I paid Mr. Burga for his services The Bad: 1. The bathroom project was slated to start on a Monday. 2. MBC Services - Miguel Burga postponed the agreed project start day by one week on a Sunday night via email at 11 pm. This was done after communicating the Friday beforehand that everything was OK to proceed. 3. MBC Services - Miguel Burga postponed the project start date again on the day he was supposed to start the project. The reason given: he did not work on holidays. 4. After starting work on Tuesday, Mr. Burga wanted to get paid immediately before doing any work. I found this to be most inappropriate and un-professional. 5. The project took over three weeks to complete. 6. When performing an inspection of the work, none of the plumbing worked correctly. 7. I needed Mr. Burga to return 2 – 3 times to fix his work (plumbing) which was shotty at best. 8. Mr. Burga ruined some of the new chrome bathroom fixtures he was supposed to install. The reason: he used pliers to tighten the fixtures and scratched them (vanity faucet and shower head). 9. Mr. Burga workers speak no English and take poor direction. 10. I had to help Mr. Burga install bathroom fixtures to complete the job. Summary: 1. Mr. Burga has real scheduling and time management issues 2. Despite communication and quotation to the contrary, Mr. Burga has no plumbing skills at all 3. Mr. Burga’s ceramic tile work skills are jut adequate. 4. I would never use MBC services again. Buyer beware.

Costumer offer us to do a second bathroom for him. We decline the offer, we had other people shedule after his job. He responded negatively afterwards.
