Mr. Meeks called us shortly after placing the phone call to him. He was able to come out within about 2 hours. We appreciated his professionalism, years of experience as a plumber and the efficiency of his work. He did a great job and we will definitely hire him again. Also, he had everything needed in his van to fix our Moen faucet.

I have a rental and property Mgmt and M&M Plumbing went through my property Mgmt to set up appt with tenant and was able to fix issues the next day. Great customer service and No news is good news from the tenant. So as far as I am concerned they must have been happy with the job. I am happy that M&M was able to get out so quickly and complete the project.

Monroe called me immediately after I submitted my request,came out, and did the job the same day. He only did some minor tasks (snaking the shower drain, sealing the drain cover, and raising the washer hose to prevent overflow leak) but he was efficient. The only con was that he suggested we poor degreaser down the drain occasionally. We did it a day later and it removed the silicone from the the drain he just sealed. A simple fix and maybe our fault that we didn't let it dry long enough.
