Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
They did a great job removing our old water heater and installing a new one for us. They called when they said they would call. Showed up when they said they would (which I've come to realize is an amazing quality in contractors, and not done by the average person). They were very polite, did some extra work that we hadn't discussed on the phone, charged a very fair price, and they did a very good job cleaning up. They left the place cleaner than when they got there. They also took the time to explain to me how to light the pilot light on the water heater. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an odor coming out of my bathroom and these guys came in and immediately solved my problem. I am so appreciative of the work they did on my plumbing issues. The service was great and the price was very reasonable.

We had a water pipe to burst in our bathroom at midnight. Before we could get the water cut off it had flooded the bath, the hall and started leaking down into the basement. The water leaked so badly into a return air duct that it caused it to fall. We had a real mess. We cleaned up what we could and called Service Magic first thing the next morning. M&M Mechanical called back immediately. Rick also had some experience with HVAC so he was not only able to fix the plumbing but fixed the return air duct too. They kept me updated on when they would arrive and the charges were reasonable.

If you are looking for a GREAT Plumber, this is your Guy! M&M is an excellent plumbing service. We got 4 other estimates for our complex project (1950's home) & due to the sheer complexity of the plumbing work we needed done, other plumbing companies either told us that it couldn't be done or that it would cost an arm & a leg to get it done. M&M was confident that the project could be done at a reasonable price and stay within code. This guy has been doing this stuff for almost 40 years and really takes pride in what he does. They knocked our project out in a day and gave us a top to bottom review of everything that had been done! 5 Stars!
