Manny immediately called me, came out same day to repair my roof leak, and assessed other damages as a result of the roof leaks. There were several problems our insurance company dismissed that Manny caught (contaminated a/c duct board, coils, outsides pipes, etc.) that were affecting our health. Most contractors don't do that so we really appreciated his thoroughness. He responded to all of my calls/text messages immediately and charged me a fair price for my repairs.

The first time your tech came out we paid over $200 for the service and our sauna only worked once. It took over a week to get him to come out again and we paid another $100 and it still doesn't work. I would not recomend your company for any kind of service. As a matter of fact, I will be telling everyone I know not to ever use your service.

They wee fast and curtious. The did an outstanding job. I would hire them again.

Good professional service

After I set the appointment, no call no show. So I called manny that evening and he said that he did not remember making an appointment with me and took my information again. He did show up the next day he told my wife that we had termites that turned out to be an old unoccupied ant pile his estimate was $800 for a new pump and control board for the heater. I called him back and told him that the heater had been working fine and to order the pump. He said he would call me right back with the pump price and let us know when he could replace it. Never did! I had to hire someone else to finish the job, wrong diagnosis, poor customer service!

I admit that I forgot this apointment,but I went by the very next day on time. It has been a misscomunication. I gave him the price of the new motor pump, customer said that he was going to get it himself and will call me when he got it. still waiting for his fhone call. About the termites or ants I told her to call a profecional to find out what it was,

Manny was outstanding. I'm definitely going to use him again. He was very knowldege and did excellent work. He explained everything to us prior to making the repairs. Manny was also very neat and clened up after himself when he was finished. He is the best!
