Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps
My wife and I recently had M & I construction pour a concrete patio in our backyard. Customer service started well but many of the things promised in the estimate did not take place. We were told they would lay down ply wood to prevent damage to our grass which did not happen. We now have a large stretch of dead grass were their equipment was moved back and forth. They also forgot to bring dirt to put around the bottom of the slab so they dug dirt from around the foundation of our house. We also found two spots where they dumped excess concrete, including large stones, in our lawn which I had to cover with dirt and re-sod.
