Mikey is excellent and thorough. Has excellent customer service manner. He went through entire system (motions, smokes, alarm function, etc) explaining how things worked. We are re-occupying our house in Cave Creek and used them before we moved with same result.

We were troubleshooting problems with our phone lines and hired Mikey to make sure the cabling inside was of best quality. He discovered a few problems that we didn't even know about and cleaned up the system.
