Seems like a nice guy. Came to strip wallpaper, prime and paint some walls and cabinets. He took longer than planned (but said the wall needed patching after paper came down) but didnt paint a section of one wall and completly missed other walls. He left the place covered in plaster dust and the sink messed up with paint (though he did give me a garbage can!)

Jim was extremely responsive, efficient and accomodating. He gave us the best estimate for painting two bedrooms (including patching holes in the walls), and his final price was even lower. He did the entire job in a single day and he did an excellent job. We had some old paint that the previous home owners had left in the garage - he willingly used that, and organized the paint cans for us. He patched a few odds and ends around the house without nickel and diming us. We wish all Service Magic professionals were of this caliber. We will absolutely hire Jim again and will recommend him to our friends.

Jim was very responsive to my every request for endless quotes and changes to the job. He was very reasonable as well in terms of pricing. He did a great job at installing the doors and will use him for other remodeling jobs that i have. Hope he doesnt get too busy and wont be available for me after writing this comment!! A+++ experience update: i did have to get Jim a few times back to refinish some stuff

Quick response for quotes and then flexible and quick with a schedule. Right on time and completed work in a timely and professional manner. Would definately recommend Malibu for outdoor painting and would likely call them for remodeling.
